Dec 10 (2005). Bundled up...
Dec 20. Light snow.
Dec 26. Getting the 2x10 joists in place.
Dec 27. What balance!
The newly installed hose faucet on the south wall (work by our plumber David Parrott).
Inspection approval sticker!
Applying spray foam insulation in addition to styrofoam sheet insulation.
Then fiberglass insulation batting... 6-inch, R-19.
The foundation vents are in place (automatic vents, close at temps of 40 degrees or less).
It takes a family to build our sunroom...

Catching up on her email upstairs while the guys work...
Almost halfway (with the first layer of the floor, that is...) (Also notice a layer of heavy plastic over the insulation).
